I had my hair cut here today! With Ava! As soon as I walked in, all the staff were friendly and smiley, so I instantly felt welcome. I told Ava about my hair history, and what I was thinking about ideas wise, what would suit my hair texture etc. She really is very knowledgeable, and explained the cut I was after would suit my natural curl pattern. She also showed me how to style it at home, and what products were useful to achieve certain looks. She gave me a lovely head massage after my hair wash, and we had a good natter whilst she did my hair. She blow dried my hair, I asked for a voluminous blowout. It looked amazing, and was so cute. Really lovely and accommodating.

I had the best experience at BA1 hair today .Ava completely transformed my hair — it went from uneven and brassy to a soft, seamless blend that looks healthy, glossy, and natural. On top of that, she was so kind, warm, and easy to talk to — there wasn’t a single awkward moment, just good energy and genuine care the entire time.The salon itself has such a positive vibe.Ava took the time to explain which products I should start using, showed me the exact ones, and explained how they’d benefit my hair. What stood out the most was how understanding she was about me loving my long hair. Unlike so many stylists,Ava actually respected that and managed to get rid of all my dead ends while still keeping my length! She is truly genuine, talented, and caring young lady!I left the salon glowing, inside and out. I honestly can’t recommend her enough! 💕
